梁咏琪 is married to her Spanish boyfriend. Congratulations!!!

On Oct 3, 35-year-old Hong Kong singer Gigi Leung married her Spaniard boyfriend Sergio on the island of Ibiza at 8pm Hong Kong time.

The singer reportedly spent HK$2 million (S$400,000) on her wedding and had invited more than 80 friends and family members to witness her nuptials in Spain.

The groom had reportedly done the preparations for the wedding including flight arrangements, hotel and selection of wedding venue. Sergio even commissioned a local wedding gown designer to specially tailor-make the bridal gown for his bride.

As Gigi's mother has been a vegetarian for years, the couple decided the serve vegetarian dishes at the banquet. Sergio's family supported the couple's idea. It's no wonder Gigi's mother would not stop complimenting her son-in-law.

Gigi and Sergio's wedding was held at the beach. The couple shed tears of joy, when they exchanged their vows. Gigi was even so emotional when Sergio slipped the ring unto her finger that she cried. The groom later wiped her tears away.

The singer's bridesmaids, including Valen Hsu and Charlie Yeung, and a couple of other guests were moved to tears too.

Although this was not the first time Gigi had donned a wedding gown, as she had worn countless in her movies, the feeling of putting on a gown which belonged to her felt different. Gigi smiled and said that her dream had finally come true.

She also described her husband as a naïve, straightforward and humourous gentlemen and gave him full marks.

"I never thought that I'd meet someone who would treat me well and make me feel like I am living in a dream. My mother and brother adore him too, even my friends compliment him. I feel really happy," Gigi said.

OMG. The Noose is nominated for the Emmy Awards!!! Yes, you didn't see wrongly. It is THE Emmy Awards.

After four successful seasons and bagging two awards at the 2010 Asian Television Awards, local Ch5 comedy series, The Noose Season 3, gains international recognition and nabs its first nomination in the annual International Emmy Awards.

The only local programme running for the Best Comedy series, the International Emmy Awards -- similar to the annual Emmy Awards -- is presented by the International Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and acknowledges the best television programmes produced and aired outside the US.

The main cast members of The Noose exchanged congratulatory messages over Twitter last night when they learnt of the lauded nomination.

Fans of this satirical series will be in for a treat. Ch5 Senior Producer Sebastian Leang shared with us that a fifth season is currently in the works and is expected to have a Dec 27 broadcast.

"We were told that a lot of people asked and wanted more than one season a year, which is why we're coming back earlier.

"We're going to introduce a new segment. Previously it was 'We Are Singaporeans' but for this season, we will be going around to get Singaporeans to complain instead," he added.

So will the gang be attending the awards ceremony in November?

Alaric replied, "At the moment, news is still very new, it's day-old news at least. There aren't any plans yet, but I've already chope (colloquial term for 'reserved') my seats with the producers."

I always thought 郭静 sounds best when she sings those 温暖 kinda song.
But she can really sing sad songs well also. Impressed.
This next also got a tinge of sadness.
Not as much as the first song.
But 淡淡的忧伤 is pretty nice too right. Very poet like what Reiko will say. Haha.

Really light hearted and sweet kinda song.
But not really so sweet as to let people feel sick.
