According to a Chinese website, 孙燕姿 is planning to make a comeback after 3 years with a new record company, 海碟. Which also happens to be the record label for 林俊杰 and 阿杜. It is also said that she will be postponing her marriage plans with her boyfriend so that she can concentrate on her comeback and singing career. It was also stated that 孙燕姿 will be given some shares of the record label and that she will be working closely with the company to train a new all-female singing group. The source's reliability is questionable as the managing director of the company has said that they are still discussing the details with her and that it is not very possible that 孙燕姿 will be a shareholder.

Another young artiste is leaving Mediacorp and he is 洪赐健. He will not be renewing his contract with Mediacorp after it ends on the end of July. The new drama 《最火搭档》 will be his last drama. He said that he is currently running a recycling business and would like to concentrate on that. He adds on saying that the company did not treat him badly and it is just that he is still young and would like to try out new things. The 21 year old actor says, "It's impossible for me to further my studies overseas now. My younger brother is going to be enlisted in army soon and I need to take care of him."
