* Red Cliff the Movie *

I went to watch Red Cliff, e movie, and I must say it was super duper nice! It has everything I wanted, to feel overwhelmed. There are 2 topics crucial in this movie. 人性与义气。


义气 was portrayed everywhere in this movie. In e 1st part, the general Zhao Zi Long rescued his master's son, despite the attacks from the enermies. 2ndly, the wife, in order to save her son, jumped into e well. I was really satisfied with e way tt women are portrayed in the movie. Talk more about this later.


The violence and killings in e movie, was not crude and raw. I once saw a movie. I think its tou ming zhuang. The killing was raw. This movie's killing was a combination of cleverness, effects and 人性. Why is it clever? Coz it wasn't just brutal strength. The way they fight, the director added suave elements to it, thus making e fighters heros. The characters, through their battles, using talents of fighting, wit & courage, are hero-fied. Its no wonder tt Jupiter finds Zhao Zi Long a cool character. One more thing I admired about the director. He pays attention to living things. Tts why even small soldiers, the strength of small soldiers was featured too. In many movies, soldiers are just killing x3. But in this one, their unitedness, loyalty, and bravery were featured. This movie, has so many 侠义 feel, 让我看了不禁感到振奋人心！太好了！


One more thing about the battle scenes. The contrast effects. I liked it tt they contrast e battling soldiers & e commoners. I like it v. much when directors do tt. Perhaps he is trying to convey something?


一个最厉害的作者，不是直接告诉你人物的个性。他是从人物的举动告诉你。When Tony Leung acting as Zhou Yu inside e show, helped e little boy tune his flute, and his gentleness to his wife, his strictness & 宽容 to his soldiers. All these touched me, and I learnt something about heros. A perfect hero is someone like Zhou Yu. He can be super successful & capable at his field, but he also has his human side. His human nature. And I admire this Zhou Yu from e bottom of my heart. I like him. The way he help his master gain courage. The way he love his wife, and the courage & steadiness he has. He is a great role model! Tony Leung. He is mesmerising. No wonder he is always on my crush list. *_*



Its no wonder his wife in the show, acted by Lin Zhi Ling said this super marvellous words, which after I heard, felt totally excited. I always have this thing for quotes. Ok. The exact words she said,

"他会用兵，但他没有朋友。这点他不如你。"


听了真是大快人心。 And this, is similar to my living philosophy. I love it!


Last but not least, someone worth mentioning in this movie. This character was acted by Zhao Wei. Her name is 孙尚香. She is a 女中豪杰！I like her because of her talents, capabilities, and character. I like her for her courage, her male brain, her boldness like a guy. 她能干. 不只能干，她的心宽阔，潇洒，有一股侠义的威风。I admire her courage, and struggle for her freedom. Thus she is my no.1 most admired female character in e movie.




Oh ya.. my movie frens say zhao wei bit like xiao yan zi. But actually~ I dun think so.
haha.. cozzzz.. xiao yan zi does nt have tt 霸气。xiao yan zi is 刁蛮。Sun shang xiang is 巾帼不让须眉。Cool neh~

Haha.. I guess 2 person are missed out in this movie review. haha.. 曹操 & 诸葛亮。

Ok.. About Zhu Ge Liang, he is so suave and clever. I admire his wits and 默契with Zhou Yu. But I think not enough about him in this movie. Not enough abt his emotional side neh~ 好神秘 orh~
Therefore I super 迷恋 Zhou Yu. He is so handsome, cute, clever, capable..blah blah blah~ Perfecto! :)


And about 曹操... Even though he is portrayed as a baddy guy in this movie, I admire him for his several other things. 1st, his capabilities. He is really successful~ 2nd, his literary talents. In actual fact, he is a poet. Love~ But of coz, I still like Zhou Yu better in e movie neh :)


Conclusion. I totally heart this movie, coz e director portrayed 浪漫 in e movie. It has humour, philosophy, wit, blah blah~ I am looking forward to watching part 2 neh :) hee..
Hope part 2 got more 诸葛亮 emotional parts. hee.. :)

Oh shoooooots! I forgot one impt impt impt person!!!! Zhang Zhen!!!!
He is super sexy neh!!! He taught me something in this movie. Courage.
Courage, even when facing fear. Nice lesson :)

One more thing. The movie makes the my 侠女指数标高！My 侠女 self 被激起了！Ah! haha..
