Money!!

In a few hours time, i will be heading down to orchard road to meet u guys so in the meantime, since i am free, i will do some blogging.
First of all, thanks for all ur advices, feeling tired and worn out lately, still dunno when will i walk out of this depression thingy, it seems it will take quite sometime. But i am just glad that i have friends like you u guys, so thank you!!!

Oh yes, onto our topic today-- Money. Some say it is the root of all evil. There is also a saying that goes, "Money can't buy everything". But we have to admit that money is a necessity, without money, almost anything we want and we need, cannot be accomplish.

In a recent BBC show called 20/20, it was reported that money can't buy happiness. This was then confirmed when they interviewed rich people, one of which is a woman who won a million dollars through the famous "Who Wants to be a Millionaire?". She said, the excitment only last for a few days.

I was like totally puzzled. Haha. Here was i been miserable and complaining about the miserable 350 bucks i get from the army every month and there is these rich people saying money dun buy them happiness. But it was not for long before all my questions were answered.

The show goes on to conclude by saying up till a certain point or a certain value of income (forgot the exact amount), money stop making u few happy. But for those of us that are below this value, money, still brings us happiness and a sense of satisfaction. hmm. That i truly agree!!! And this theory is being confirm by experts and professor. For those people that are having income that are above the stated value, been happy depends on how they use the money and how they spend their time such as community service and doing things that changes people's life and making other's happy.

Oh btw, 20/20 is a damn good show, catch it every sat at 10.30pm on Channel News Asia!!!

Oh yes, and i am really really short of money. So many things to buy so little money. These are the things that i wanna buy after i ORD!!!!

2. Nokia N70 OR Sony Ericsson Walkman Phone
3. PC Games (The SIMS 2, Coffee Break, The Movie)
4. Clothes (formal and casual wear)
5. Shoes
6. Bags
7. CD and VCDs/DVDs
8. Books

Haiz, i guess it is just hard being an adult so many responsibilty. I am just glad that i realise this during my teenage years and made full use of it. I will miss my teenage years alot. It is the time of my life and the time when u make friends that will last for a lifetime!!!
