Raising them again!

They are raising it again! The little buses and suffocating trains that we ride, we have to pay more for them in October, and the basis is on their vague promise of better transport system. Frankly speaking, I am sure previous promises was on better transport system as well. But I do not see any positive improvement. Everything is still as stuffy. We have been taught that good ideas come in budget. To resolve the issue of poor public transport, shouldn't they think of ways to improve, without throwing in loadsa of gold? If throwing in the money promises improvement, ANYONE can do it! Afterall, you just need to buy buy buy buy keep buying keep building, and poof we have a good system. Transport system planning becomes so simple. The costs of my everyday travelling has become overbearing. I mean 2 return trips can amount to 4bucks! This is too much. I am getting a bicycle, before they decide to raise the prices of the bike as well.
