Star Awards Prediction

Hey people, i just realized its been a long long time since i update my weekly journal.
So i decided to do one entry this week.
I will be going to post my Star Award's prediction later. See whether i can get most correct.
Everyone can also join in the prediction.

But before i do that going to update on my life a bit.
This sem has been relatively got as compared to last sem.
The politics in schools also seem to be getting lesser. Guess my plan for not being involved in politics this year really pays off.
Having one free day really helps you to catch up on readings and have a breather. Hopefully in future sem i can also have the luxury of one free day.
Another resolution also says must pull up cap to 3.5. Still dunno whether its possible yet. I just finished 2 Mid terms. Haiz. The results abit sian. My management science mid term has been really difficult. Results havent come out yet but i really hope that i did well as compared to the rest. Stats test was easy, it is those kinda test where most people will get full marks one. And lousy me actually got one wrong!!!! Hopefully, there are not so many people getting full marks after all.
Oh God, i pray that a miracle would happen.

There is this talk about Singaporeans students being more leng mo on the tagboard recently. I think i know why. We are so results-orientated. That makes us very competitive and everyone around us competitors. Would u wanna be friends with ur enemies?

Okay, i went with Servbot to take IPPT test and i failed.
Its expected lar i noe. But i did really lousy. I only passed one station and that is sit-ups. Haha. Hopefully will be able to pass before my window closes next year.

Of cos there is the usual zhui xing outings that i always look forward to. But because our dear reiko nv update and continue updating the outing reports so much of the outing i dun even bother to take pictures. My camera is bombarded by lotsa food photos and never post one lor. Take for what. Haha.

Okokok, before i go on and on pointlessly lets just do my predictions. Haha.

Aiyah confirm this show lor, if not who.

最佳男主角
陈汉玮／不凡的爱
Winner of Jupiter Awards Best Actor for 2 consecutive years. He won the awards last year for this show and it is believed that he will go on to get the Star Awards too.

最佳女主角
欧萱／小娘惹
She will be facing really tough compeition from Joanne Peh and Chen Li Ping. But i still think that she is deserving of this award esp her role as Juxiang.

最佳男配角
周初明／黄金路
Opps. Although 小娘惹 got 4 nominees but sorry i think he will emerge the winner. He won the Best Supporting Actor in Jupiter Awards for this role also.

最佳女配角
向云／小娘惹
I think Lin Mei Jiao is going to be disappointed again cos i think Xiang Yun did really well. As compared to Lin Mei Jiao's more dramatic acting i think the judges will go for Xiang Yun's more challenging 内心戏.

最佳新人奖
戴阳天
I hope he wins also. His 山本洋介 is so cool so popular and he acted well. This guy got a lot of potential esp in the absense of "Princes" in Mediacorp.

I know she got this award for tons of time liao. But i still like listening to her report the news. Haha. I also hope 林启元 wins. He nominated for so long, its time he get the recognition.

You see her so hardworking trying to learn all the dances and introducing us to all the dance so she should get lor.

I think she is the Yaya from 团圆饭. And her role in 一切完美 is so different. Very touching. The kinship between her and Thomas Ong that part.

High viewership. Good comments from audience and it is the only local variety show that is nominated in Jupiter's Award Best Variety Show.

Im really hoping SPOP would win. I love the show but i think judging from past trends. This show stands the highest chance.
