Recently on a Taiwan variety show called 《王牌大间谍》, many senior media worker was invited to share their work experience. It was exposed during this episode about the news of 王力宏 scolding the media resulting in their unhappiness. Years ago, when 王力宏 was doing promotion for his album, he sang a song that expressed his unhappiness towards the media and paparazzi. The media being offended decided to fight back. Many amongst them then decided that they will reject all 王力宏's interview. It was said that 王力宏 was really helpless during that time and on the verge on breaking down. This incident was only solved when the record companies' higher management decided to take matters into their own hands and talked to the media. I guess 王力宏 will have to be more careful when dealing with the media the next time.

Up next is a movie that is based on a true story. Sean Penn was nominated for Best Actor for his performance in the movie, "Milk". From youtube, "Academy Award nominee Gus Van Sant directs Academy Award winner Sean Penn as gay-rights icon Harvey Milk. Mr. Milk (1930-1978) was an activist and politician, and the first openly gay man to be elected to public office in America; in 1977, he was voted to the city supervisors' board of San Francisco. The following year, both he and the city's mayor George Moscone were shot to death by another city supervisor, Dan White. Mr. Milk was previously the subject of the Academy Award-winning documentary feature "The Times of Harvey Milk," but "Milk" is the first non-documentary feature to explore the man's life and career.
