Because of the Olympics and the 7th month festival, the box office of local movie 《12莲花》 wasn't that great. You can see how bad the box office sales is when u compare it with other movies. On the first day, 《钱不够用》 received about $260,000 in box office sales whereas 《12莲花》 only received a mere $80,000 on its first day. The director of this movie, 陈子谦, says he will work harder and put more efforts into the promotion of this movie. The Singapore female Table Tennis team has inspired him when the team won a sliver medal for Singapore. He said he will learn from them. He also adds that Jack Neo, the director of 《钱不够用》 also went through a hard time fighting with The Mummy 3, so he will continue to work harder to improve the box office sales of 《12莲花》.
《12莲花》 will be 陈子谦 last movie about 歌台. He says his next film will be a quieter film, not as loud as 《12莲花》 and 《881》. He also hopes to take a break next year to experience life all over again. His busy schedule directing 《12莲花》 and 《881》 has made him feel very disconnected with the world out there. He also wishes to fall in love too.

The 3rd season of 《超级星光大道》 has came to an end. If you have missed Miss Mango's update, here are the results.
1st place: 徐佳莹
2nd place: 林芯仪
3rd place: 黎础宁
4th place: 简凤君
5th place: 赖圣恩
This season of 《超级星光大道》 has suffered in terms of viewership. The points that the contestants get this season is considerably low also. Towards the end, its the fight only between 徐佳莹 and 林芯仪.
Before the competition, 简凤君 was being exposed of a secret. She was said to have been raped before. She admitted to it saying that she was obsessed with internet when she was in school. She went out with someone on the net and after that it just happened. She said that was her darkest period in life and it was Christianity that brought her back on track and led her out of the dark past.
There have also been much saying that the most popular contestant in 《超级星光大道》 will never make it to the finals which give rise to the 星光 curse. These happen during the first season with 杨宗纬, the second season is was 黄美珍 and 黄靖伦 suffered this fate too in the third season.

The Taiwan branch office of Hype Records was recently broken into.
The company suffered a loss of up to $108,000. Items that are lost include computers, laptops, cash and cameras. There are also some important data that are stored inside these computers including the contract of 林俊杰, 阿杜 and 林宇中. In other words, the contract contents might be exposed to the public at any time.
The head of the company 许环良 said that there actually isn't much to worry about as these computer do not contain any 裸照 of any of their artiste.
We hope that the culprit will be caught really soon.

孙燕姿's contract with EMI has already ended. So which company will be signing her on? The answer is not out yet and 孙燕姿 is apparently not in the rush to sign on with any record company. She says she is now in the midst of writing and composing new songs plus some preparations for her concert. Companies that are interested in signing her on include, EMI, Warner Music, SonyBMG and Hype Records.
Many in the industry felt that the probability of her signing on with Warner Music or SonyBMG will be high. When asked about this, Yanzi just laughed off and said she haven't sign on with any company.
I really hope that her new album quickly comes out. Haha. Cos we have waited for a really long time le.

Okay first up is a sing that i simply adore. If i never remember wrongly, i did actually featured this song before on Jupiter's Special. However, that time, this song was sang by Carrie Underwood when she was competing in American Idol.
Now, we will show u the original version. Its a song of 1987 so very retro, but right now u listen to it, it still can fit into today's world. Thats the magic of this song ba.
