If u havent already known, the nominations for the 台湾金曲奖 is already out. For the full list, you can go and check out last week's Zhui Xing E News.
曹格 was nominated for 4 awards including the very prestigious 最佳男歌手, but he was actually scolding someone and was very angry with that person when the news of his nomination was first told to him. But because of this piece of good news, he forgot what he was scolding and he was quite pleased instead. When asked which award 曹格 wants to get, he says he will be happy to be awarded any of the awards as what he wanted most is the 1 minute when you can go up on stage with so many people watching, and thanking all the people he wants to thank.
曹格 was also recently in town to do promotion for his concert here in Singapore, when telling the press about the highlights of this concerts, he said that there might be a chance to see him stripping his clothes on stage. Plus, if the audience and the atmosphere is very good, he will sing overtime. And when told that singing overtime will cause him some fines, he said that he will pay the fines from his own pocket. The guest for the concert is still a secret so if u guys wanna catch all these in action, will have to go and grab a ticket quickly before it is sold out.
We wish him all the best in his concert and in the upcoming 台湾金曲奖.

To celebrate their victory as Top 10 of the third season of 超级星光大道, 潘嗣敬, 黄靖伦 along with some other top 10 finalist went out for a big feast.
黄靖伦 loves to eat stuff that contains meat but when he and 潘嗣敬 was introduced to all those intestines and internal organs, their faced changed. However, they still managed to take a bite but throw up after biting as they felt it is very disgusting.
Congratulations to both for being in the Top 10, hope they continue to press on and hopefully end up in the finals!!

The 第13届新加坡词曲版权协会颁奖礼 was held recently and here are the winners of the various category.

Tanya who was awarded 海外成就奖 says her feelings were very different as compared to the time when she first received the award. Previously, she was new to the industry and hopes to be recognized and she viewed awards like this as a result slip. But now, she just have a 平常心 towards these awards. She cared more about whether her songs touched people's heart and life.
And i am quite sure they certainly do.

After directing 《不能说的秘密》 which received a lot of good comments, 周杰伦 wants to direct a second movie now and hopes to have 刘德华 act in this movie as well. This movie is about magic and how two magicians fight to become the world's top magician.
He wanted 刘德华 to act in this movie as he knows that 刘德华 like him, is very interested in magic. Right now, both are already in the midst of discussion, and the possibility of 刘德华 acting in this movie is quite high and 刘德华 himself is interested too. Well, i am already looking forward to this movie.

Today i am going to introduce to you an album i have bought weeks ago.
She is my favourite American Idol winner and i think this album of hers is really good.
Well, she is Carrie Underwood.
Yes, today on Jupiter's Special we will be featuring Carrie Underwood's 2nd album, Carnival Ride. Carrie wrote in the album intro, "Life is truly a Carnival Ride", and indeed, life truly is a carnival ride with its many ups and downs and the many unexpected.
The songs in this album are mostly country music so if u are a fan of country music, this album will be a good one to collect as i think Carrie is really a good country singer.

First up, is this song called "All American Girl".
Have u ever came across a couple who wanted a boy but ended up getting a girl.
Well, this song is sweet as in the characters in the lyrics initially wanted a boy but thet ended up having a girl instead, but they continue to shower her with lots of love. So sweet!!!
Plus, in this video, u can see Carrie turning into different character and changing into different outfits. Dunno she can be so versatile and so funny one lor. Haha.


Get up on ur feet!!! Cos next song is a very upbeat country song which will sure get u up on ur feet and start dancing. Nice song, with lots of attitude. This is Flat On The Floor.


Next up is a very emotional song.
I like this sentence in the lyrics.
"When you figure love is all the matters after all, it sure makes everything seems so small"
True Love can conquer all.
Not just true love as in boy and girl that kind. But also friendship and kinship too.
This is a very nice song with a great melody to it too. And of cos with Carrie's good voice adds a lot of additional points to this song.
