Decision Making

Hi to all mi zhui xing frens,
I just came back from a military ceremony which was really an eye-opening experience. It was a parade for the Chief of Defense Force Change of Command!! Only 2 people from mi company had the opportunity to go to witness this parade and i am really glad i was one of them.

It was a really humid day and after a very long wait, the ceremony finally started. It was like seeing the National Day Parade live in front of you. Though its just the marching only. I never ever thought that i would be amazed at these military stuff but today's event was really nice. All the personnel involve in the march pass were all in step when they much into the parade square following the beat and rhythm to the music provided by the SAF Band. And i must say i think the drum major was really stylish when he march the band into the Parade Square, he did all the turning and tossing of the wand. Wow. Very stylish!!

Oh, and i did 6 pull ups today!!! Wah damn happy with myself lar, finally i made it!!! I hope i will continue this and do 6 pull ups and improve on my jumping on Wednesday (the IPPT test) then i will finally pass my IPPT for the 1st time in dunno how many years. May God continue to lead the way and guide mi to success.

Well, i think i have told you guys in previous entry that there will be a big change in my working environment. I think i can reveal the secret now. Alright here goes, starting from April, i will be doing more clerical work instead of technician work because they felt that i am more suitable for clerical work. And when i was asked about my opinion of whetheri wanted the change (which means i have to make the decision coz if i say no, they will drop the idea) i struggled for quite long. Mind u. Doing clerical work is not really as easy as what u all perceive. You have to face alot of things too. You will be more vunlerable to office politics, and people are gonna arrow you now and then. Plus, i have bonded with some of the technician people, and i am scared that like we will not be that close anymore lor (though still see each other everyday). Plus the clerks in my company like all not very popular sia. Then i scared i become clerk will be like them. But in the end, i still choose to go over.

Reason being, I guess its time for mi to change to a new environment. I believe as i clerk, u will learn things that are more applicable to the outside world. Plus i wanna learn new things. And i think i will be more suited in a clerical position. And lotsa changes going to happen in my current section is also a factor for my departure. Aniway, i have made the major decision, i believe the Lord has guided mi along and will also do that in my new position so Amen to that!!

After all these aspirations and dreams talk we u guys during the last outing, i went back to the New Year Resolution page i written and found that i alreadi accomplish some of them. For instance, i did my first singing on stage performance, i bought 2 new books with the Borders voucher and spent more time reading (mostly TIME). Plus i think my singing improve le. More goals to accomplish. I hope the IPPT resolution will be completed this coming test. With mi new position as clerk i hope life in camp will be better. I want more shopping, i wanna widen social circle. Plus most imptly, i wanna intro God to everyone out there (including you). Not bad huh, considering like its onli March. I am gonna add two more Resolutions.
