4年一次闰日　女性示爱日遭拒可索赔

今天是4年一次的闰日，也是国际“女性示爱日”，遭拒女生可索赔！

根据网上资料，2月29日是欧洲贵族圈里流行的“女性示爱日”，这一天女人可大胆表白，男人原则上必须答应，不然就得支付一定数额的“伤心补偿费”。

这个日子的典故，可追溯到1288年，当时苏格兰女王颁布法令，宣布在闰年的2月29日，女人可向男人示爱，男人拒绝就得掏出1英镑（在700多年前可是大数目）的“赎免费”，或对求爱失败的女方赠送绸缎衣服。

据说，从17世纪开始，这个风俗普及欧洲。西风东渐，近年来也在中国成了新流行。
