The real reason why 孙燕姿 announced that she is going on a break at the top of her career in 2003 was because she had depression?

孙燕姿承认患抑郁症，完全说不出话来，甚至怀疑身边的人说的每一句话。

　　我国小天后孙燕姿，在03年到04年之间，大红大紫的时候，突然休息了一年。

　　孙燕姿自爆，在她大红大紫的时候，为了逃避工作，在工作人员来她家按门铃时，她故意把音乐开得很大声，假装听不到门铃声。

　　外界因此揣测，孙燕姿一出道就爆红，结果工作的压力大到导致她患上抑郁症。

　　当时，孙燕姿一直否认患病，还说她的健康状况很好，休息只是为了好好充实自己。
但是，孙燕姿日前接受香港有线娱乐新闻台《主播会客室》节目专访时，向主播区永权坦言，她当时曾在忧郁边缘挣扎。

　　孙燕姿说，那是她人生最低潮的一段日子。她甚至无法说话，工作时无法跟人聊天，虽然想讲话，但就是讲不出话来。她的思想变得很负面，老是把烦恼放得很大，觉得自己面对很多困难。身边所有的人说的话，她都会质疑，就连观众给她的鼓励和掌声，她都觉得是虚假的。
孙燕姿也说，当时，她自觉情况很严重，于是坚持要休息一年，因为她不敢想象不休息的话，情况如何恶化下去。

　　她也坦言，当时她是公司的摇钱树，所以有人反对她休息。

　　她说，最终能走出忧郁的阴霾，是因为身边有很多关心她的人，他们给她时间和空间来反省。她发现，没有她世界还是会照转，她才渐渐看开，心情也变得好一点。
主持人问孙燕姿：“你当时觉得自己有没有抑郁症？”

　　孙燕姿答：“我觉得有，但我没有去看医生。”

　　她说，公司觉得她若去看心理医生，会成为万众瞩目的大新闻，因此觉得她还是不看医生比较好。

　　针对这件事，记者询问在本地负责发行孙燕姿新专辑的华纳音乐，得到的回复是，这已是很久以前的事，孙燕姿不会再回应。

　　精神疾病行动小组主席洪永元医生受访时说，变得离群导致说不出话来、思想变得负面、怀疑其他人，都是抑郁症的征兆。

　　他觉得，孙燕姿是因为压力太大，才会患抑郁症。如果当时没解决，她的病可能会恶化成妄想症。

　　他把这段访谈的内容做成幻灯片，当成教材来教导辅导员，轻微的抑郁症，只要身边的人扶持，有足够的时间和空间就能痊愈。但如果是严重的抑郁症，还是应该去看心理医生。
