Dominance: high 'D' are very active in dealing with problems and challenges, demanding, forceful, egocentric, strong willed, driving, determined, ambitious, aggressive, and pioneering. low D will want to do more research before committing to a decision, are conservative, low keyed, cooperative, calculating, undemanding, cautious, mild, agreeable, modest and peaceful.

Influence: High I influence others through talking and activity and tend to be emotional. Low S like change and variety, restless, demonstrative, impatient, eager, or even impulsive.

pdfish-i tink xinying or wenya... n i... well... xinying likes stability, rite? wenya... changes fast herself but dun like fast paced society, prefering stable n steady environment?... but then, the 2 of them are not realli poker faced... i tink i can do better poker face than them... haha... :p

Conscientious: (Compliance in Marston's time): High C adhere to rules, regulations, and structure. They like to do quality work and do it right the first time. They are careful, cautious, exacting, neat, systematic, diplomatic, accurate, tactful. Low C challenge the rules and want independence and are described as self-willed, stubborn, opinionated, unsystematic, arbitrary, and careless with details.

pdfish- i tink wenya... though she is not realli diplomatic or tactful sometimes.... but she is careful n organised in her work... but not outside school work... always forgot to inform mi thgs abt stuff that she did not tink is impt but it is for mi... haha juz kidding... but u realli did sometimes leh.. :p
