His strengths:
Xin ying: Has a good voice, firm in making decision, straightforward, trustworthy, analytical.
Wenya: intelligent, ambitious, creative, structured, rational
Xin yi: Get things done, practical, informative, responsible, organized

His weaknesses:
Xin ying : can be easily affected by what others view or say about him. Too stubborn at times. Not as confident as he seems. Too emotional at times. (especially during times when he’s down)
Wen ya: rigid, too planning based, gossipy.
Xin yi: Stubborn Impatient A bit picky about things

Adjectives to describe him:
Xin ying: Determined, firm
Wenya: level-headed, clear with directions creative.
Xin yi: Determined, stubborn

Any changes you notice since the first time we met?
Xin ying: Knowing how to dress better. Improvement in fashion sense and dressing style. I’m very direct, but xianhao is behaving less feminine as I remember last time he got many “feminine” gestures and way of talking. This is good cos he’s becoming more Man. So don’t doubt yourself, Xianhao.
Wenya: more fashionable.
Xin yi: not much change but maybe more open to speak up

What was your first impression of him?
Xin ying: Quiet. Nerdy. Not as fun. Studious kind of person.
Wenya: duno..i cant rmb.
Xin yi: can’t really rmb much, just that he was a bit quiet

Xin ying: He is the most straightforward out of the four of us.
Wenya: He is the most rational out of the four of us.
Xin yi: He is the most practical out of the four of us.

Xin ying and Xin yi : He is the star of our group.
Wenya: He is the superstar of our group.

Wenya

Her strengths:
Xianhao: A supportive friend (will give u really good advice when u feel down), determined (will do something once she had her mind set, like the vegetarian thingy), Informative (knows where to get her information from, can count on her to tell u the tel no etc), Can Multitask, Always wish to learn more and upgrade herself (inquisitive mind)
Xin ying: Analytical, Offers good advice, determined, passionate in the things she does, writes well.
Xin yi : Zealous, studious, creative, informative, determined

Her weaknesses:
Xianhao: Determination and changed to stubbornness and inflexibility at times (steel cattiness, and the “Not going to KBox” incident), Contradicting (can be determined yet 3 min mindset, feels bored but dun wanna do anything) , Will overly announce what she like at that time and gets really upset even to the point of having an argument with that person if that person don’t share her liking (Luo Zhi Xiang case)
Xin ying: Too stubborn at times. Too determined, resulting in her forsaking other things which she doesn’t know she will. (e.g. too thrifty) Easily jump to conclusion. Impulsive. Mood swing at times. Tend to forget what people told her to do
Xin yi: Flicker-minded, bottle up feelings, impatient, forgetful

Xin ying: Obedient, shy.
Xin yi: A bit quiet but very studious….

Xian hao: She is the most sensitive and most emotional out of the four of us.
Xin ying: She is the most unpredictable out of the four of us.
Xin yi: She is the most zealous out of the four of us.

Xianhao: she is the outing reporter of our group.
Xinying and Xinyi: she is the reporter of our group.

Her strengths:
Xianhao: Great outing planner, Cheerful character, Sticks to what she believes in, good
compromising skills (except for things she strongly believes in), Sings quite well also
Wenya: fun, supportive, romantic, creative, caring
Xin yi: Organized, sensitive to others’ feelings, good listener, determined, supportive of friends

Her weaknesses:
Xianhao: Sometimes hold on or stick to something she believes in too strongly, puts pride first (sometimes must look at the big picture first), often late for outings
Wenya: crazy when stress, pessimistic when sad, perfectionist
Xin yi: Not firm enough to reject appeals from others, a bit too emotional sometimes, a bit pessimistic.

Wenya: She is the warmest out of the four of us.
Xin yi: She is the most supportive and “coldest” out of the four of us.

Wenya: she is the princess of our group.

Her strengths:
Xianhao: A very family person, will be concerned for others, Knows how to DIY a lot of stuff, very straightforward person, Friendly to others
Xin ying: Good listener, tolerant, rationale, able to write and talk well, able to cope with challenges
Wenya: organized, responsible, creative, artistic, supportive

Her weaknesses:
Xianhao: Easily stressed up, Leaves little time for friends, tends to nag at other people (whether friends or family members)
Xin ying: Silently accept unfair treatments and bearing anger inside. Too thrifty, sometimes resulting in deprivation of necessity. Too straightforward and stubborn at times.
Wenya: rigid, talkative, indecisive
