KBox Singing Competition

After a hella of a long time, the KBox Competition is finally back, with some new themes and new judging criteria and scoring method.

Let mi start by telling u the time and place 1st before i go into that.

Date: 23rd June 2007
Time: To be Confirmed again (Most Probably Klunch timing)
Venue: Either KBox Ang Mo Kio or Choa Chu Kang (if amk then Xinying have to do the booking, if cck, i will book the place)

This will be the sequence of the comtestants, after much discussion.

Contestant No. 1: Tan Boon Ya (Wenya)
Contestant No. 2: Ong Xinyi
Contestant No. 3: Yee Xian Hao
Contestant No. 4: Angelina Soh Xinying

The New Scoring method will be as such,
instead of the usual rating of each contestant on a scale of 10, judges will now only need to write down the contestant the think should be the winner of the particular category.
If there is a clear winner of the particular category, that winner will be awarded 4 points.
If the winner is tied amongst 2 contestant, each will be award 3 points.
If winner is shared amongst 3 contestant, each will be awarded 2 pts and so on.
At the end of the day, winner of KBox Competition will be the one with the most points!!! Got it?

And also, pls do take note of all the songs u sang during the course of the competition so as to facilitate the results to be put up on the blog, best is u write what u sang for each theme after u finish singing it or something.

Also, new rules,
- Pls strictly no interruption during the course of the competition, pls keep ur comments to urself until the contestant has finished singing.
- Pls choose ur songs quietly and do not talk loudly, whisper if u really have to.
- This is some tips for the contestants, during singing, try to stay as focus as possible, even if mistakes are made sing on and don't just stop down there, this will result in worse results!!
- Preferably minimise ur trip to the toilet, only one person is allowed to go at anyone time.
- Failure to comply with rules will result in a deduction of up to 4 points!!!

After everything is completed, we will have a bonus sing-a-long, the song we will be singing is SHE's 中国话. So do practice the song also, so we can have a fabulous ending to the whole competition.

Okay, now is chopping song time,
Haha, i am chopping these songs huh, so u guys will not choose the song or fight for this song, though i think not much people wanna sing these songs too. Haha. Here are the song lists that i chop!!!

P.S:~ I bought the 神雕侠侣 DVD, the version that is currently shown on Channel U, at a sale in Vivo City. It cost onli $19.90. Haha, can lend u guys once i finished watching it, but think will take sometime, 41 episodes leh. Haha.
